For years, I thought something was wrong with me. I felt like the ‘lower libido’ partner in my relationship, struggling with shame, self-doubt, and the belief that my body was somehow failing me. It is normal to feel vulnerable, and this vulnerability is what will give you quicker results in therapy. This is the non-judgemental and safe place where you can come with all those issues you haven’t found a place to share elsewhere.

Will this really work for me?
Each therapy journey is deeply personal, and my approach is personalized to your unique needs to best help you and your specific challenges.
